There is a leftover keypad in my St. Matthews resale. Now what?
Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many St. Matthews, Prospect, and Norton Commons resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when LG&E is out?
Yes. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if LG&E or the Wi-Fi is down. Jefferson County power is typically LG&E. Clark and Floyd lots usually sit on Duke Energy Indiana. KU and Shelby Energy cover some outer pockets.
