What sits on every Louisville plan
Professional SafeStreets installation, ADT 24/7 monitoring, and a system counted for this address. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if LG&E or the internet drops. Jefferson County power is typically LG&E. Clark and Floyd lots usually sit on Duke Energy Indiana.

The $850 equipment credit, without the brochure talk
On qualifying new monitoring, many Louisville homeowners get a free professionally installed alarm system valued at $850*. That is equipment credit on a new 36-month agreement — not a box of sensors in the garage. Ask on the call whether your address qualifies. $99 install still applies on many plans. Homeowners only.
ADT Secure+ · $53.99/mo*
Doors, windows, 24/7 monitoring, and the app. The honest first number if you want the house watched, including the garage walk-through.
ADT Secure+ · $53.99/mo*
Adds a monitored smoke or carbon monoxide detector. A common step on Old Louisville, Highlands, and Germantown two-stories.
ADT Smart+ · $63.99/mo*
The plan most Louisville orders pick. A smart lock, thermostat, or garage on the same app, so you can arm from I-64, I-65, or I-71.
ADT Complete+ · $74.99/mo*
Adds a doorbell and cameras in the app. The usual step after boxes keep walking off the porch. Some camera packages have a higher install.
What the specialist will say out loud
The monthly number on this page is the monitoring plan. Equipment credits and the $99 install are promotional and require a new monitoring agreement — typically 36 months — with early termination fees. Louisville Metro permit is $15 a year (FARU 502-574-3278), with residents 65 and older exempt. Jeffersontown registers at no charge. Oldham County has no permit fee. Mount Washington and Shepherdsville run their own ladders. Other cities confirm from the ZIP — we do not invent a dollar. Offers are for homeowners.
